"Kerri was amazing to work with! She was very diligent in helping me make informed decisions on properties, and ensured a successful home purchase in record time. She was professional, very knowledgeable, and patient. I recommend her services to anyone interested in buying and selling property."

"Kerri Schultz helped my husband and I in the processes of selling our home and buying a new home. She made both of these processes seamless and enjoyable. Her knowledge of real-estate combined with her contagious positivity helped us tremendously in a process that usually can be quite stressful. Kerri was available at all hours of the day and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. If you are looking to buy or sell in the Houston area, I would highly recommend Kerri Schultz!"

"Kerri thank you so much for being our realtor. We had some crazy bump in the roads with our new build but she was our voice and made sure it was made right for us. We were first time home buyers and she is very knowledgeable and listened to our wants and needs and was also very honest with us with this crazy market. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking of hiring her. Thank you again Kerri!"

"Kerri went above and beyond for us. She made sure we understood the process and answered every question we had. We are so glad we chose her. It was such a smooth process !"

"Kerri is the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with! I had to sell my mom’s home and downsize her into a smaller home during a very competitive seller’s market. My mom wanted to live in a specific 55+ community that was terribly difficult to get into simply because homes sold before they were even listed. Kerri went “door knocking” in the community until she found someone willing to sell ! Not only did she find my mom the perfect home, she personally helped us pack up my mom’s house in the pouring rain. On the flip-side, she also listed my mom’s house and found us the perfect buyer within 1 day ! Kerri goes out of her way to truly understand her clients. She intricately understands the real estate market and gives spot-on advice. I could not have entrusted my mom’s transition to a more dedicated realtor. If you want someone who is kind, caring, sincere, responsive, extremely professional and highly determined, look no further than Kerri !"

"Kerri was an absolute dream to work with. As first time home buyers, we greatly appreciated her patience and wealth of knowledge. Kerri helped us articulate exactly what we wanted in a house, and showed us a variety of options to be able to bring us to our dream home. Truly a 5 star experience!!"

"Kerri gave us the gentle push we needed to get our house ‘show ready’. She went above and to get our house sold, even during a pandemic. Kerri chased and looked up any and every lead. Kerri was honest and very knowledgeable. If there was a question she couldn’t answer she would contact someone that did know immediately. Not only did she get our house sold but also helped us find the house we will be raising our children in for years to come. Kerri toured and shot video for us at times. She searched for our new home like she was looking for her own family home. Kerri has a passion for helping people in what is a stressful time, and whatever needs to be done to make everything as smooth as possible."

"Kerri is one of the most diligent, knowledgeable, and phenomenal real estate agents I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Not only did she stick around with us through having to take a hiatus from house buying – she always kept us up to date with listings in the area we wanted to live in. Her patience with clients is truly inspirational. We found our unique dream house which was taken off the market before we had a chance to even notice it was up for sale back in June. We were heartbroken that we missed it. I immediately contacted Kerri to inform her that we would gladly buy the home should anything happen with the deal. Surprisingly, the day that the offer was to close, the buyer was unable to furnish the loan. We got a call from Kerri within minutes of that news breaking. She managed to get us into the house for a viewing the same day and our offer was submitted hours later. We found ourselves in a predicament due to closing speed requirements and the need to sell our home faster than the close date for the purchase of our dream home. Not only did Kerri manage to get us over 18 offers in TWO days on our home – she got us cash offers far exceeding our expectations. What makes Kerri so unique is her network. From her staging designer to her contacts in title companies and financiers – she knows everyone a client need. The experience felt truly end-to-end but also extremely personalized. Her team managed to sell our home within weeks, and we were able to close on both the sale and purchase of our homes. I can’t describe how painless, smooth, and efficient Kerri made the process. We are truly blessed to have had her as our agent and she will always be our top pick for any future real-estate needs. You cannot go wrong working with Kerri and her network. She keeps her clients interests as her top priority and she proved it time and time again in the process of selling and buying our homes. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone in the house market."

"Kerri recently helped us sell our home. We were in a time where we needed to sell quickly. Kerri came in and not only worked really hard for us, helping to sell our home in one weekend, but also showed us great compassion knowing it was a huge transitional time for us. She is not only a great businesswoman but a woman with a huge heart! She was truly a Godsend! "

"Kerri has helped us get started with multiple investment properties. I just cannot put into words how helpful, how much fun, and how happy it makes us to work with Kerri. She has been very helpful in finding the right houses, negotiating the right prices in the market, and getting the right tenants into the properties. Her knowledge of the industry has been extremely useful in our investment journey and we are undeniably thankful to have her on our side as she is always available and just flat out gets things done!"

"Kerri was wonderful to work with! Very attentive to details and worked with me and stayed with me during times I wasn’t sure I could get through it. She was amazing with help on getting my house ready to sell. If I ever I have the need for a realtor again…it will be Kerri!"

"Kerri thank you for making buying a new home so easy for us. We appreciate your help and guidance through the process."

"Kerri is absolutely amazing!! She not only cares about her clients, she listens with an open ear and an open heart. Her friendliness, attentiveness and expertise put you at ease and build trust. Whether you are buying or selling, she is the perfect choice!"

"Kerri was very helpful with the sell of my mother’s home. She was able to help me navigate the difficulties of an estate. Her contacts and assistance simplified the sell of the home."
